| The theme of this Tsuba is Waves and Clouds with Square Lightning Pattern. This Tsuba has a long Mei. It was crafted by Tada Ukon Minamoto Sadamasa, from Geishu. He crafted this Tsuba South of Castle in Northern Ise. This is what was inscribed with the long Mei. It is evidence that this Tsuba was a special order to craft. The elaborate work is outstanding. It has passed the Tokubetsu Hozon Tosogu Shinsa. |
