| As well as being very skilled craftsman, Ishiyama Mototada was also a man of some nobility during his time. He was active during the mid Edo period in Kyoto. He lived from 1672 to 1734 and was the second son of Mibu Motooki. Motooki was the Second grade of the Third rank of Honor. |
