| The theme of this Tsuba is Amaryu, Dragon. Two dragons are depicted on the rim and their partial Amida yasuri remains on the surface with the gold plating. The craftsman, Shoami Katsushige, was active during the mid Edo Period in Aizu. A uniquely crafted Tsuba. It has passed Hozon Tosogu shisa in 2024. |
